I lost $5000.00 and one of my home is in foreclosure and the other loan is in ruin. My credit has been shot and now this company has shutdown all phone lines, the website and there is no way to obtain my refund for the unsuccessful loan modifications. I was scammed! Run!!!!!!!!! Don't get taken the way that I was and several others. Mr. Ortiz, please do the right thing and return the money to all of the hard-working home-owners or former home-owners (thanks to West Coast Capital Funding Group).
I just want my money back for a service that was never rendered. This company has ruined me. I am a single-mom raising 2 small children on my own. How could you steal from the mouths of my children? How could you and LaFollette Henderson (very well informed agent) lie and take advantage of good people just seeking to save their homes.
I want my money back! Please do the right thing. I have been calling a fake # and Mr. LaFollette Henderson has repeatedly lied to me about you contacting me to refund my money for weeks. Months of lies and deceit...isn't it time to do the right thing? Please return my money so that I can attempt to save my home.
