Last week, my Viking stove broke. The repair man they sent out, was friendly, took time to explain all about my oven / stove and what the problem was, how he is going to fix it and what I can do to prevent it. Very educational. He made sure everything was working before leaving. Now the stove is working better than ever. One of the igniters didn't work too. He replaced it as well. I will only call on West Coast Appliance Repair for any of my own appliance repair needs, and recommend you to anyone and everyone I know
