Unfriendly from the go poor service
Called these guys after contacting couple of other places that were higher in cost on a repair visit. Had a Cap Assembly broke on my LG Freezer. Found the part online and knew the part number needing replacing. Let the lady know when I called what the
part number was and if the repair guy had it on their truck? Told me she would call me back... no call so I called back and she then told me they don't do call backs! I understand that some people think it is one part and is another but I had already determined
the problem. When the repair guy showed up and without even testing the problem he told me I not only needed the part I knew I needed but also a solenoid. I then told him the solenoid worked and he dropped that. When I got a write up on the part he said it
was $52.00 and labor was $200.00. Ask how long to replace and he said 40 minutes! Already found the part online for $17.86. For him to do all that it cost me $35.00 on something I already knew. VERY UPSET with this company and WILL NOT ever call them again.
BEWARE they want to put parts in you don't need and charge you 3x what the part cost.
