Beware, it was brought to my attention that websitebroker.com is allowing their sellers to sell their web sites multiple times. There is no system in place to protect the buyer. I bought a web site two days ago and made the paypal payment to the seller. After a couple of days without a response I grew suspicious and contacted the same seller under a different username. Guess what!? The seller acted as if the site was still for sale(after I purchased via websitebroker.com two days ago) and was eager to sell this same site.
websitebroker.com is mostly to blame for this as they DO NOT have any systems in place for the buyer.
STAY AWAY FROM websitebroker.com!
