After having used WCA in the past (with at least satisfactory results), I am VERY disappointed to have experienced the type of unprofessionalism that you wouldn't even find on a preschool play ground. They sent me three cleaners, of which one was particularly obnoxious, and acted as if I needed them more that they needed my money. Good service is invaluable, but bad service drives clients away.
One cleaner in particular did not respond to my hello when I invited the crew into my home, instead she ran over my shoe with her vacuum and proceeded into my home. "Hello" is a universal salutation, and the other two people greeted me well. She stayed on her phone, and then started commanding the show. After I told her that I primarily needed my laundry folded, she stared at me with disapproval. She then commanded that we all relocate. I asked her to let me finish with the list of things to do, and that's when the remainder of her words were in another language. Leaving the interpreter to apologetically (to me) translate. As I asked for her to behave in a nicer manner, she became offended, and behaved rudely. I then asked the crew to leave due to the fact that I do not allow negative people to do anything in our home.
When I called the company (within 1 minute) "Kathy" picked up, and took a defensive stance. Instead of her to investigate the situation, she gave me an attitude. I asked to speak with the gentleman who had concluded the arrangements, but was placed on hold...three times. On the final attempt, I left a message with "Kathy" to have the gentleman call me back. I never got a call back. All in all, I believe they exhibited unprofessionalism, and displayed an "we-have-other-customers-other-than-you" type of attitude. I will never use them again, unless a serious apology is issued without the return of that particular woman.
