They were just average for me. The price was 'ok.' I got referred to them from a coworker who had his done for $500-600. I paid $934. I had to pay an extra $90 because my water heater was upstairs which seemed unfair afterwards. The technician left little pieces of debris in carrying the old water heater out. I spent an hour vacuuming and cleaning areas where he spilled water (rust stains in the carpet) and put his dirty hands on the wall. He also left this black thing which stuck to my carpet and I could not get out. I had to cut that part out of my carpet. I called Water Heater Man and they said they would have a supervisor come out and look at it. Well they didn't call back. The job for the water heater seems good though minus the mess they made. An hour for their job, and then an hour for me to clean.
