Item arrived damaged. Began emailing them right after Christmas to exchange it for a new item. They ignored my emails until I threatened to complain to paypal and begin logging negative reviews. After sending them pictures at their request they agreed to send me an RMA. That never happened. After wasting two months I'm stuck with a damaged box I don't want.
