Horrible experience!(Store is in Agoura Hills, CA).
After we unpacked a microwave, we figured out that this microwave is old.
Back panel is scratched badly in many different ways.
Looks like it was flat on its back in warehouse and drugged from corner to corner for long time. Then they packed this microwave back and sold it to us as brand new.
Very next day it took me at least two hours to return this device back and receive refund.
Sales person Jennifer Palmer was very rude and boorish. I needed to prove obvious thinks. She was very pushy and told me that it is normal and all new products are the same, because it been drugged on the floor at the factory during its assembling.
I have NO COMMENTS! She threatened me to call police if I will talk to the store visitors.
Then, after almost two hours of waiting the manager showed up and everything started from very beginning.
Finally I told them that I will call to my credit card, stop the payment and send them the pictures of the microwave, the manager agreed to accept the microwave back and refund the money. The damage was too obvious. I never will go to this store again.
