A friend and I were promised (Aug. 5, 2009) by owner that we would get a full refund within 30 days, if we were unsatisfied. The hard plastic orthodic sole insert hurt my feet terribly, causing a scar from a large blister on my left toe. I contacted the company several times and returned my units for a refund. My calls were followed immediately with a fax to their company. They then called me back to say they had sold me the wrong size. The Post Office made three attempts to deliver or have my return picked-up by the company. The owner admitted that the Post Office had left a notice with them. After several weeks the box was returned back to me. I attempted the charge the company back on my VISA card but they couldn't do anything because the 60 day charge-back period had expired to file this action with them. The Walking Tall company has been contacted by another large venue community. The Walking Tall couple have not given me the full refund as promised and have one excuse after another why. I will never buy anything from this wife and husband operation. As they say "Buyer Beware", my friend is so happy he didn't buy a pair of the shoe/boot inserts when I did.
