This software is so easy to use that you can actually use it right after the installation. You will be more productive with your calls since it has a rapid phone dialing. You can even play pre recorded messages on this one! I've been working in a call center for a long time now, been transferring from one company to another and I'm just glad our company uses this kind of software because it just makes our job less stressful.-
