Vivetique Sleep Systems is by far, the worst mattress company I have ever dealt with in Southern California. The mattresses I ordered were damaged with tiny black oil spot, hanging threads, missed and uneven stitches and a very strong odor, which did not dissipate with time. I requested a replacement and it was delivered with the same problems. I also ordered some wool mattress toppers, which smelled like wet wool. They were also returned. I requested a refund and waited for months. I was told that a bank check was mailed. I waited two weeks and called the company. They said the bank made a mistake and that a new check would be issued. It never was, and I was told that now a cashier's check would be issued, and that never happened. When I called the company, one of the employees screamed at me and told me never to call again. They are not an honorable company, and do not stand behind their product. At this moment, they have both my money and one mattress and two mattress pads. That is tantamount to theft. Find another mattress company, because this one has an F rating.
