Really bad experience with Villa. New home purchase, after a few months we found that our hot water heater was leaking. Call our home warranty company. They called Villa Plumbing and they came out, confirmed our heater was leaking. They ordered and installed a new hot water heater. It worked for a couple of weeks then started having issues with the pilot not staying lit. They came back out and claim a loose wire was found. 2 days later same issue. They came back out again and said they diagnosed the issue incorrectly and said they would be ordering a part and it would be a few days. During the process of trying to get Villa to expedite the repair they have suggested we contact the manufacture directly to work with there warranty period. All this time we are without hot water (now for 3 days). I feel they have dropped the ball and I will never recommend using this firm.
