Nov. 2007! my Tv went blank, called the store were I purchased it not quite a year before and they said I had to call VIEWSONIC! WELL ... First I had to send them the TV they said it would be about 14 days I waited :( and waited:( and waited :( I waited till the end of January between waiting and the endless phone calles and RMA numbers and advance shipping numbers etc... oh yeah and the best one we are waiting to ship it . well nothing!!!! Then I bring in a third party-The company I bought it from! They got their head of customer service on it guess what that is right they send a dirty ,dusty, not working tv! The store where we purchased the original tv from was not happy with the results ..so they have taken matters into thier own hands as I was told. I bought a brand new Westinghouse TV ! with my refund. DO NOT BUY A VIEWSONIC TV CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS AND THIER TV'S ARE JUNK!!!!!!!
