I bought a new monitor. It broke down while still under warranty, I had to pay $75.00 to have it shipped. It took over 9 weeks to get it back. 6 month it broke down again/same issue and still under warranty. They expect me to ship it back at another $75.00. I told the lady that made no sense. It is the same issue and it still under warranty. I could by a new one for the price of 2 shipping charges. I told her I wanted her to send me a shipping label. The first time it broke down I asked for reimbursement of the shipping and was told I should have asked for a shipping label. I explained this to her. She said there is no such thing. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold and said she spoke with a supervisor who also told her they can't send me a shipping label. I told her again I wanted to speak to the supervisor. She said she couldn't. I told her I would call the Better Business Bureau, she encouraged me to do so. So I did.
