www.myvaporclean.com also operates as www.steamitclean.com and Puregreen International LLC which is a registered fictious name in Florida. I too wish I had done better research before making a large purchase with this company June 2009. They were very quick to send out my order (albeit incomplete and not as described online). However, every attempt to contact them by email or phone has gone ignored. I also contacted their retailers to only hear glowing remarks about them. So it appears they target their direct sales for their lack of service and evasion of contact to avoid fulfilling their return and service policies. I recommend that you do not purchase from this company. If you like this product idea - try a retailer who is not online!
