OVERBOOKING APPOINTMENTS: DON'T PUT PROFITS ABOVE CUSTOMER TIME AND CONVENIENCE!

The employees are friendly and professional. The problem is that Laura, one of the main managers, is not friendly, and overbooks appointments for oil changes that should take no more than an hour, but can take 2-3 hours. When we arrived for our appointment at 7:15am on Tuesday morning, there were at least seven other cars ahead of us, and even one of the service specialists was overheard to say: "Why were there 6 other appointments scheduled for the same time?"
It sounds like Laura and/or the main management of Valley High Toyota is intentionally overbooking appointments, at the inconvenience of longtime and loyal customers whose time is just as valuable as Toyota and want such matters to be treated in a reasonable and expeditious manner!
Come on Toyota! Don't become like so many other big companies that sacrifice customer service and convenience for bottom line profits!
