If you have an emergency, DON'T BRING YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. Their prices are ASTRONOMICAL. When I went there with my dog for bloat, THE GAVE HIM NONE OF THE LIFE-SAVING TREATMENTS FOR THE TWO HOURS WE WERE THERE. The xrays showed that my dog's stomach had twisted. STILL NO TREATMENT. They just wrote my dog off as dead and presented me with a $6,200.00 quote.
I was so upset at their imcompetence, that I rushed him 70 miles east to the next emergency clinic I could find. THEY SAVED MY DOG. They immediately gave him the needed gastric decompression, stabilized him for surgery and repaired his stomach. The bill -- $1835 instead of $6200.
Go to Animal Emergency Center in Grand Terrace. There you will get superb medical at a price you can afford. Go to Valley Animal Clinic (now owned by VCA) and they will shuffle about taking their time trying to come up with an outrageous bill then LET YOUR DOG LAY THERE DYING WHILE THE MAKE SURE THEN CAN ROB YOU.
I submitted a formal complaint to the California Veterinary Medical Board for their failure to perform standard treatments for dogs in bloat.
