COMPLETE disappointment

I used to work for this company years ago before it had some changes done. I recently adopted a new kitten who is very sick and needs medical attention ASAP. So I contacted VCA to speak with the current manager Lee, who I previously worked with. Upon calling three times and being on a hold for over 10 minutes each time, they said she was not available. Since we were friends, I decided to go onto Facebook and write her a message. After numerous messages and her being online when the receptionist told me she was not available, really upset me. Still never received any sort of follow up from them. As being a previous member of the VCA Hillsboro family, I am extremely disappointed and would NOT recommend anyone go there. All they care about is their revenue and not the animals!
