Do not order from this online company. They will place your appliance on backorder and not tell you until you call them and speak to someone live. Then when you call they tell you it will be weeks to get the item from the manufacturer. They will orally tell you can cancel with no charge (spoke to Maria in CS). They will not answer e-mails at all. Weeks later they charged the item to my credit card and charged me 25% restocking fee. Since they would not put anything in writing or respond to my e-mails AMEX hands are tied. It is my word against theirs and I am out 25% for nothing.
