I am a preschool teacher in a school system. I was called by USB at work. What they promised seemed like a good deal for $199.00. They also agreed I could make payments,etc. Return the product if I was unhappy. I told them I had to ask my supervisor I couldn't make decisions. It was shipped anyway. I only received one box of what I thought were decent quality but not what I would expect for that price or what I had been told would be in there. I inquired about box 2 that was showing not shipped and after 10 days of trying to get a call or email back was told box 2 wouldn't ship, so my price was down to 117 total. So I have to say they did honor the fact I had only one half of my order. I paid for this using my own credit card. And I thought everything was great and went on summer vacation. Apparently it was denied, but nobody told me when I paid, which should have been apparent that same day. At the start of the next school year I got a legal letter from them saying I still owed the 117 which was now back to 228 because the extreme overdue fees. I wasn't informed this of until the beginning of the next year although (Karl) had my cell and school #. After the mess I called my credit card co and it showed no transaction and had no record of any transaction being denied through said company on the date, which now worries me even more because they have my CC info. Simply put, decent products, decent quality, poor long-term customer service, and poor communication within the company and its employees on transactions. I hope I don't have to deal with them anymore after I fix this. I gave two stars because at first it was a better experience and the products were decent.
