I have had the same experience as several of the other complaints. December of 2008 a woman called and offered me a great deal on school supplies. She assured me it was a one time charge and I would not receive a "revolving" supply. I received the box and paid the $199. I was not happy with what I received and thought it was way over priced. Well in the spring of 2009 a male rep. from UBS calls and says my "other half" of my order is being shipped. I asked if I would owe anything thing and he assured me I wouldn't. I thought it was the "other half" since the first shipment was not worth my $199. I received the box and then days later received an invoice for another $199. I called and complained and it was very confusing so they said I could pay $175 and keep the supplies. I paid the $175 and told them NOT to contact me again. Low and behold the same rep. calls me again in March 2010 and says my shipment is on it's way. I told him not to send it and that I would not pay for it. He said he was going to send it anyway and that I was obligated to pay for it. I finally had to yell at him and told him if he sends it I would not accept it and that I was going to report United Business Supply to the BBB. He hung up on me and it's now May and no package HOORAY! Do NOT do business with this company it is a SCAM!!
