United Business Supply sent their products, which we did NOT order. When we called to inquire, they attempted to pressure us into keeping and paying for the delivered products. Their shipping department manager was very rude, called our staff liars, and would not speak to anyone except the principal or board. When our principal called, he was not available. How is this company allowed to remain in business? Are there laws to protect the consumer?
