I would recommend USA Mortgage Aid to anyone who is struggling to keep their house. My husband and I worked with Monica G. she was GREAT I would always call her and let her know how worried I was and she always put me at ease telling me that everything was going to be okay and that things would work out to our advantage she was right we were able to get a loan modification with lower payments and a lower fixed rate. I now feel like a huge weight has been lifted of my shoulders and I know that I could not have done it without the help of USA Mortgage Aid and Monica G. Thank you so much to a GREAT start to 2009.
