Anyone reading this, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not deliver what they promise and are breaking the law by not refunding money to the people who either cancel their contract or do not get the modification they were promised.
This company is very aggressive in getting your business and say what a desperate and scared homeowner wants to hear but once you sign the contract, the service is almost non existent. No return phone calls area made and when you finally get feed up with their non performance and cancel they literally disappear. I cancelled on July 29 and was told it would take 30 to 40 day for their department to process the file. Today is day 47 for me and they won't return calls and of course once you say it's regarding a cancelled contract you get Mariana's voice mail which of course she doesn't return any calls. I have filled a formal complaint with the BBB and the Irvine police department. The police department is gathering info on this company and told me to file with the FBI which I did also, so if you are having problems contact the police dept and save another homeowner from the frustration with dealing with this company - as well as not throwing money away!
