This company is a scam. In March 2009 they said they could modify my mortgage loans in 90 days, I negotiated a full refund policy and I paid them $3k. They didn't deliver on the communication they promised nor the modification, and they are denying the refund. They have had numerous turnover of staff, moved locations, and changed names which has been very difficult to stay in contact in with them. Since my voice mails were not returned I had to visit the office in person only to have them say my case is still pending and there is no one person who is responsible.
In September 2009, after I had to continue calling them they said my case is complete- no loan modification or benefits to me- and I'll to have take my refund case to court since they are not paying. An outside legal firm supposedly looked at my contract and advised not to provide a refund. What a waste of time and money with this company.
