BEWARE!!!! This "security" company is hardly that! Our alarm monitoring phone line went down but they failed to notify us. They continued to accept our monthly monitoring payments, but were providing NO SERVICE! when I called to address the situation, I got a bad attitude and a response of "Well, that's not our problem". Don't do business with these people!!!!
