I know that Marriott has right of first refusal I have bought 4 Marriott properties. Marriott purchased none of these 4 properties. I purchased my Cypress Harbour property 5 years ago for $4,500. Marriott only buys them if they have a buyer. They are building a new timeshare property in Orlando the last thing they want is more inventory. Truman is a scam. Who has ever heard of a legimate company asking the seller to put up money? If you are so confident they are not a scam pay me $5,000 for mine and sell it to Truman for a big profit.
