On Jan 31, I was searching online for the Instyler. I found it for the discounted price of $54.99 and immediately bought it. It ordinarily costs a total of $99.95. There was some problem with the place order page, so I checked my bank account online and saw there was a charge for $14.99. When I went back to the site, it now read $14.99 for a 30 day trial period and $39.99 for the next 3 months. I called them right away and talked to the rudest person who told me that the charge could not be reversed and it was already being processed for shipping. I told them that couldn't be possible as it was a Sunday and I was calling within 15 minutes of placing the order. I then asked for a manager and was put on hold. After 20 minutes I hung up and called again. This time I spoke with a different rude, obnoxious person who hung up on me after I said I was contacting the BBB. At this time, I was so angry I could have choked one of them. So I called again and explained for the third time my problem. Evidently they don't create anything with your info or they would have known what the problem was. I again asked for a manager and was told I would have to wait as he was busy, I told him I wanted to speak with someone right now and was cut off. I did indeed contact the BBB online and explained my situation. On Monday the 1st, I called my bank and explained to them what happened and they are going to reverse the charge as a fraudulent charge. Today, 2/3, I received what I perceive to be an angry email detailing what I must do to return the item. Of course I will abide by the email to make sure that I am not charged further for this item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM UNDER THE GUISE OF A LEGITIMATE PRODUCT. Oh, while I was on the phone with my bank, the woman I talked to said she bought one and it doesn't work at all. DO NOT BUY
