I'am giving the company one last chance

In May 2013 I paid $ to this company to sell them my Timeshare. I sent all requested information to the company ie Deed maintenance docs and paid for a notary and certified mail. I left them to get on with business, I now have called them 20 times only
to listen to music and then left messages. No one has called me back, I would like verification that they received the fax and notary. I have called there call sales center Transfer America only to get sales people tell me they do not know anything, these
people are pretty rude and cut you off because its not a sales call. If transfer America and Pacific transfer gets back to me with good news I will remove this negative review. One good thing in my Favor is that I work in Torrance Calif, and I will be knocking
on doors. I'll get back to you all with further news. Thank you
