Another web site selling cheap sweatshop garbage - the bane of the internet.
The operation is horrible at communications and follow up, they won't answer their phone but will change the recording regularly.
Product return is a nightmare. I meticulously followed instructions for the RMA process and have NOT received my refund!
I have processed a case which is on file with the Better Business Bureau.
I should have known better, you get what you pay for.
I ordered some springs which were in no way up to the task and should never be used on any trampoline!
