This company is the biggest joke. Verizon is my cell phone provider. I found charges 9.99 showing verizon billing me for premium texting. Verizon never informed me this was an outside company. When i called Verizon they give me the website of this company and the phone number. There is no one at the phone number who you can talk to. No customer service. no one on the website. As a matter of fact, the website and phone number wants you to text them. Yeah right. I am going to file a complaint against verizon and this company. I have NEVER received any service this company. IT IS A FRAUD. BBB and the government should not allow this.IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.
