My husband purchased a Tobi steam cleaner for me for a gift. The company sent us two instead of the one that he had clearly ordered. They charged us for both and refused to give us our money back until they had received the unwanted tobi back even though it was really their mistake and not ours. This wouldn't have been too unreasonable except that I had to call NUMEROUS times to request a return shipping label. Each time I called I was given drastically different information as to how to proceed with the return. After continually not receiving the return label, I persisted with follow-up calls and each time found out that it had never been sent out. Once I was even told that it was in our file that we had decided to keep the second tobi though we were very clear each time that we did not want it. After calling the company 6 or 7 times (each time being put on hold for between 15-45 minutes) I finally spoke to someone who told me they would email the label to me which took only seconds to reach me. It could have easily been resolved the first time I called but instead it took just under a month. After sending the product back they continued charging us for another month. Two months later and countless calls (and an email informing them that we would persue the refund through legal avenues) they finally refunded us our money. The actually tobi product is fine so far but the company is an absolute nightmare to deal with.
