Hello,
My name is Ismail from Security DVR, Inc. I usually purchase computers, monitors, TV's & other accessories from your store and never had problems with products before. Now I have problem with a 40" APEX LCD TV that I purchased on 7/16 and been down since 2 weeks now. I tried calling CompUSA but the only thing they did is giving me the APEX 800 number to call. I did, and they promised that a technician will call and come to inspect the TV within a week. It's been more than 10 days now and they do not have any answer and nobody called. I called them today again and they clearly said that they could not find any service engineer in my area to come inspect the TV !!!
I don't know why they are doing this, but this is not the least of what I'm expecting.
Please find a way for this TV to be fixed or replaced ASAP.
