We're sorry the merchandise was defective, though we have reputable vendors, these are instances that we'd have to bring to their attention to make sure all the appropriate quality checks took place before the merchandise was sold to us.
Please contact me with your account information so I can address your concerns accordingly.
As far as refunds is concerned, they are processed as soon as the merchandise is received by our warehouse, if you provide carrier proof of delivery, we will be able to determine what caused the delay if any.
