I have been a customer of TigerDirect since 2006. In every instance, the product(s) that I ordered were on my front doorstep within 3 or 4 days. It is very rare that any of the products they sell are damaged or missing something or not working. They do use UPS and not FedEx, but UPS is fine. Their prices are really hard to beat anywhere else.
