I recently had to call the "security verification" dept. 18889998800 it pretty odd when they ask me questions sounding like i'm filling out information to pull up my credit report. why? so they explained to me that they don't have any further information about me but some questions are off from public records? it made me feel like identity theft creeping up around the corner. but i remember a saying that "do not give out your social security number or date of birth" which that dept did not ask. only for the year of birth? odd too... ehh, hopefully my life's information doesn't get to someone ugly and cruel. but tigerdirect should notify someone about the verify dept to the public... u guys can get many people off guard. btw, i'm still waiting for the package! i will come back and update when it arrive. thank you
