Review 3/31/2009

It seems these days all we ever hear is negative news, bad news, and depresing information. I am not usually a person who takes the time to write reviews, good or bad. This time is different. My kitchen has needed work for many years, and I kept putting it off for various reason. Money, inconvenience, having a pushy saleserpson in my home trying to sell me something I either don't really want or can't afford. A friend told me about The Kitchen Connection. I liked the work they did for her, so I gave them a call. They are in LA, an I live in Orange County, but they came to me. I had a meeting with a designer the following day. I have to say, the designer had ideas I never even thought of, and I actually decided to use several of them. When he explained the process, and how things would work, step by step I was getting more excited to begin the work. When the job began, I had two installers who came to do the work. I was wary at first, having strangers in my home, but they were genuinely nice, professional, and very detail oriented. I like how they cleaned up every day before they left, allowing me to go about my business without stepping over tools. The finshed product, I had new cabinets and countertops, was beautiful. I was really taken aback. They finished a day early, and I just love everything. I am happy to say I have told my parents and several friends about them. These days when yuo hearr about rip off artists and people who take your money, start a job, and disappear, I am happy to say I made the perfect choice with thiis company. The office staff and installers are all to be commended.
