Rudest people I think I've ever come across. I can't imagine how this guy stays in business. When I tried to cancel my trial before it turned into monthly billing, I did everything they asked me to. I mailed back the product, sent an email to customer support and called the 800#. The answering machine says to hold for customer service - and then just beeps to take a message - which I left twice. No one ever calls back or answers the phone. It also states if you want to cancel send an email to customer support - which I did twice and got no response. 7 days later, they charged me 79.98 and overdrew my account. So, I called, left an angry message and sent an angry email to support. THEN I got a response telling me off, and calling me stupid. It's all my own negligence and I don't know how to read. A very long, nasty, ranting email that was NOT SIGNED by anybody. I couldn't believe it. So I have disputed the charge, changed my account number and am filing reports with BBB and California's Attorney General. Amazing. I'd give negative stars if it were an option.
