When I read the negative reviews about the call store being closed I was immediately concerned because my business gets about 70% of our incoming calls from their service. I called today 02/16 and spoke with Gaylen. He assured me that the information is incorrect. I asked him to check by call volume and it is actually on the increase. I have received 85 calls since I signed up in 2010. I decided to increase my service radius. I was asked to post a review because often times the only people that write are disgruntled former employees or customers that didn't take the time to read the terms and conditions and are upset because they thought they were buying something else. Here is my question, if a customer can't even get their facts right by claiming that they went out of business can they be trusted? That's all.
