Please Beware of THE Call Store They have no integrity and cannot be trusted!!! I signed up with the Call Store on 8-22-10 and at this time the Call Store Guaranteed to me that they would get me 36 call leads within the first 90 days or I would receive a full refund back of my setup fee. As of 12-9-10 I had only received about 10 leads, most of which were telemarketers. Therefore I decided to cancel my arrangement with The Call store because they oddviously were not helping me to get much work as promised. Dissatisfied with the lack of legitimate leads I received from them I Called The Call Store on 12-09-10 to Cancel, which was within the 120 day refund period. After calling Gaylynn Miller, he proposed a deal to extend my arrangement with the call store to prove themselves , so I would not terminate our arrangement, so I agreed for him to send me an email of his proposal and I would think it over. After receiving the email I Decided I just wanted to cancel and get my money back as they had promised I could. I Called on the 27th of December and they were closed all week until after The New Year. On 1-6-11 I called to let Gaylenn Miller know that I was not going to take the deal, and asked about the refund of the $350, He said that the 120 days had pass and he could not give the refund at this point. I am very much dissatisfied with The Call store and Gaylynn Miller. The Call store has not held up to their end of the arrangement of getting me the leads promised and I did call to cancel within the first 120 days on 12-9-10 to ask for a refund. My experience with the Call store has proven to be discouraging as I trusted them to hold up to there end of the deal and when The Call Store could not they tried to trick me into staying with them by proposing this deal I did not agree to. This experience has been nothing but a headache and a waste of time and money and I strongly encourage others thinking about doing business with The Call store to BEWARE!!!!

John,
No one tried to trick you. You signed an agreement with us that clearly stated that requests for refunds had to be made between 90 and 120 days. I spoke to Gaylen and he told me that he even notified you in an email that your decision was requested ASAP because the 120 day mark was approaching. I am sorry you were not happy with our company but I don't think we did you wrong.
