We have been disappointed in The Call Store for many reasons. The Sales Rep who initially called on January 6 Jamie, seemed very knowledgeable about their product. He was confident we would be better off with the Platinum Package of unlimited calls because The Call Store was sure to generate a large volume of calls in our area. Jamie told us to pay per call would be more expensive for us. We accepted that in good faith. We signed up. In the end, we only received one call, on March 19.

Next our website was not up in the time we were told that it would be by Jamie. I called and spoke with Galen in Customer Service regarding this and he told me you were very backed up. We accepted that in good faith too. Then by March 1st we had not received even one call. Again I spoke with Galen. He could not understand why we were not receiving any calls but told me he would look into it. I never heard back from him.

Finally, on April 6th we decided to cancel. I spoke to Amanda in Customer Service. She told me I would receive my confirmation in 3-5 days. By April 15th I had not heard from you and called Amanda again. She apologized and said many people had been out sick that week. I accepted this too, again more good faith on our part. Before I called looked at the calendar, January 6 to April 6 - 90 days? Oops, only 89! But no sign of good faith on the part of The Call Store. Had I waited 24 hours more to cancel, they still would not have been able to perform to the level they assured us they would when they sold us their product. So why not do the honorable thing and show some good faith on their part? Refund the annual membership fee.

The Call Store made some honest mistakes. I made an honest mistake too. They received our monthly membership fee for doing very little. I hope The Call Store will show some good faith.
