I purchased a car carrier for my car which did not fit my vehicle. I returned the carrier less than 1 hour later the store was close so I returned first thing in the morning. I was then told they do not issue refunds. I looked at the receipt and for any signs that stated this policy and there were none. I spoke directly to the owner of the shop and he stated this was the policy period. If this is how you are treated for an $80 bike rack I can only imagine what would happen with a dispute with a $500 bike.
