Contacted Tex's and spoke with Mike Colony. Inquired about a glass window replacement and a board up that needed to be installed at my Sprint store. He finished the board up and took payment for it plus a deposit for the window replacement. Mike never called or installed the replacement and when I called a week later to ask why, he responded with "Oh, yeah. I forgot about that. I'll call you back." After that, he never answered my calls when I called to find out the reason why I never got my replacement. I haven't gotten a refund and never got a replacement from him. Went with another vendor who got the job done, ordered a replacement custom-cut safety glass and finished the installation, within a 24 hour period. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
