I would give this company 0 stars but that is not an option for some reason. Temecula Tile Supply (also known as VP Italia Tile & Stone) is by far the most scandalous company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I ordered 1750 sq ft of porcelain tile that was made in the USA and I was shipped ceramic tile that was made in Mexico. Their driver refused to put it back on the truck when I pointed out the mistake. And the company refuses to refund my money or send me the correct tile! OUTRAGEOUS! I have been told that I will have to pay a 25% restocking fee to remove the product from my property! Can you believe this! Why would I pay a restocking fee for being shipping the wrong product?????? DISPICABLE! BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE TILE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
