The Techsunny shopping experience was easy, clear and concise. The website is easy to navigate, find the items you want and purchase. The process by which you review your order is easy, as the order is updated, it is clear and easily read. Once a tracking number is entered, the link to the appropriate shipping company is added and you can track as you wish.
Shipping is not to be believed though. The company will add a tracking number, before the item is actually shipped. Thus is looks like it has been shipped when in reality, only a shipping label has been created.
Customer service is non-existent. You can call for days on end and never have a person answer. The voicemail boxes are full, and no one replies to voicemails, emails, nor faxes.
Consumers should use a process by which they can "claw back" their cash if they are not satisfied with the non-receipt of their purchases. Also, plan on a 15% restocking fee if you are not satisfied with your items.
