This company doesnt even deserve 1 star. They are the WORST company I EVER dealt with.
Around the middle of November I ordered an 8 DISC Collection of Carol Burnett.
When I finally received it, 2 discs were missing AND 2 were duplicated.
When I emailed them, they kept on giving me excuses as to why this happened, making it sound like no big deal and it was in some way my fault
They said there wasnt anything they could do, because this wasnt an Official Set BUT a Collectors / Fan Version
Everytime I would ask them certain questions, they would NEVER answer them. A few days ago, they told me that they would give me a $25 refund and I could keep the DVDS that I have...BIG DEAL !!!
I paid for an 8 DVD Collection and basically have a 6 DVD Collection
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!!
