It sounded really great, selling our timeshare with no money upfront, or "listing" with a company that doesn't do anything, according to complaints. I kept waiting for the "zinger". Well, less than 24 hours later we were called with an offer, less than we wanted, but not too bad. Then the "zinger"! Putting up over $1300 up front for the deed and title search. Of course, to be refunded upon closing. I told him we would talk about it. When he called back an hour later and my husband told him "NO", he was very rude and said "thanks for wasting my time" and hung up. Nice salesman!
