My name is Nettie Guel, I have been with T-Mobile for many years. I have been happy with our service until last year when I had issues with my phone. I called and since I paid all these years for insurance, I assumed there would be NO problems. When I went to pick up phone from T-Moblie store, that was the beginning of The WORST time with ya"ll. I received a on go 5 which could not do what I needed. The phone I had, had 16gb and the phone I received only had 8gb. How can this happen? I complained to many T-Mobile reps and I feel violated. I feel I was pushed into agreeing to get another phone at my expense. So I had a break down and decided not to get it. I would like to talk to someone higher than Kimberly.
