The worst company in the world!!

Don't rent from this company, they treat their tenants with no respect. They Always expect their rent on time but we have been putting in notices of things that need to be fixed in our unit for over a year and nothing has been fixed. We've even had mice
at one point, I had to pay out of pocket to buy mice traps, they send an exterminator months after calling them and sending in notices. The exterminator came on a Friday afternoon looked around said he will be back on Monday, never heard from him or swami,
I had to call the office several times just to find out that the exterminator said there was nothing wrong with unit. I recently wanted to move to a lower unit apartment (at 821-825 Osage Ave)and was denied, according to them it was due to a "bad" reference..soo
all 11 years I've been with this crappy company being a Good tenant and paying my rent on time meant nothing to them. Not only did I have to drive back and fourth to the office and faxing in papers they needed to re-qualify for me for the apartment I was denied
but I also had to deal with the rude staff in the office located on Rosecrans. I rate this company with zero stars if this site would let me.
