Just last week my account was suddenly deactivated. After confirming with swagsupport I was told that I was using some sort of automatic reloading software and/or iframe to cheat on swagtv... None this even make any sense to me and I tried explaining that but with no success. I was just told flat out that this case is already closed due to violation of terms beyond that. I have been using swagbucks for nearly 2 years and I feel very unfortunate about how swagsupport reacts to a situation like this. I understand that it probably is difficult to differentiate between honest users accused of cheating and actual cheaters, but I feel that they should at least reconsider what each user has to say to redetermine whether the judgment was truly correct. I am a housewife therefore I am at home for majority of the day and whenever I run errands I constantly run swagtv. But I do this all manually and I do not use some sort of device or software to do this for me. I had nearly 5000 swagpoints already accumulated and those are now all gone. And as a result it really discourages me away from restarting a new account because I feel like I will suddenly get deactivated again for unjustifiable reasons. What a shame.
I honestly would like to give 5 stars to swagbucks for all the rewards I was able to claim up until now but with the way the customer support has responded to this situation I feel that even 3 stars may be too good for what your service is really worth.
